Rules of the “Quatre is 20*” Raffle

Organized by Boucheron from 26 February 2024 to 17 March 2024

Les Boutiques Boucheron, a French Joint Stock Company; share capital: 16,392,000 euros; registered address: 26, Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France; registered in Paris, France under no. 339 290 439 (the “Organizer”) is organizing a Raffle entitled “Quatre is 20*” (the “Raffle”) in a pop-up store located at 20, rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75003 Paris (the “Pop-up Store”), from 26 February 2024 to 17 March 2024.

Taking part in the Raffle implies full and unreserved acceptance and compliance with these Rules.

1. The Organizer

The Organizer is Les Boutiques Boucheron, a French Joint Stock Company; share capital: 16,392,000 euros; registered address: 26, Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France; registered in Paris, France under no. 339 290 439.

2. The Prizes

The Prizes on offer comprise four (4) Quatre Classique Large gold and brown PVD rings from Boucheron’s “Quatre” collection (item reference no.: JRG 00257), which retail at a unit price of 5,850 euros including VAT.

Each winning ticket (the “Golden Ticket”) shall entitle its holder to the allocation of one (1) of the abovementioned rings (the “Prize”).

The winners must bear their travel expenses to Boucheron’s store.

3. Terms governing participation

Participation in the Raffle is open to any adult natural person residing in France or abroad, with the exception of employees of the Organizer, the service providers that are directly or indirectly involved in organizing or creating the Raffle and their family members.

To take part in the Raffle, participants must purchase from the Beauty section of the Pop-up Store a “The Manucurist” box containing a vial of nail varnish, five (5) tattoos and five (5) stickers, at a unit price of 20 (twenty) euros. Out of the 450 (four hundred and fifty) “The Manucurist” boxes on sale in the Beauty section, only four (4) contain one (1) Golden Ticket, inserted beforehand by the Organizer’s service provider and/or its subcontractor.

Any attempt at cheating, such as by submitting a forged ticket, a copy of a ticket, or using a fake identity to claim a Prize, shall result in the cancellation of the handover of the Prize.

Any ticket that is illegible, crossed out, altered or forged shall immediately be declared null and void.

4. Cost of taking part in the Raffle

In order to take part in the Raffle, participants must spend 20 (twenty) euros up-front as mentioned above, to buy a “The Manucurist” box.

5. How to take part

The Raffle is being run from 11am on 26 February 2024 to 8pm on 17 March 2024, at the Pop-up Store, in accordance with the terms that are defined in this Article.

To take part in the Raffle, each participant must purchase a “The Manucurist” box that might contain a Golden Ticket from the Beauty section of the Pop-up Store.

Four (4) Golden Tickets have been inserted by the Organizer’s service provider and/or by its subcontractor into four (4) otherwise identical boxes, concealed among the other “The Manucurist” boxes sold in the Beauty section of the Pop-up Store.

Upon purchasing a “The Manucurist” box, participants must open it immediately before a member of staff of the Pop-up Store who shall be specifically in charge of checking the presence or absence of a Golden Ticket. Upon each opening of a box containing a Golden Ticket, the Pop-up Store will spontaneously erupt in celebration: a soundtrack will begin to play and a video will be screened; the staff of the Pop-up Store will summon the winner to the showroom, where he or she and the members of their party will be offered a glass of champagne. They will then be invited to visit Boucheron’s store at 26, Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris to try on and take possession of their ring.

Participants may only purchase one (1) single “The Manucurist” box per person.

6. How the winners of the Raffle will be chosen

Any participant in the Raffle who shall have bought one (1) “The Manucurist” box containing one (1) Golden Ticket, in keeping with the abovementioned terms, shall be declared a winner.

7. Date and method used to reveal the outcome of the Raffle

The outcome of the Raffle shall be revealed immediately after the purchase of a “The Manucurist” box containing a Golden Ticket, when it is opened before the member of staff of the Pop-up Store who is in charge of validating the winners.

8. Claiming the prizes

On the date of the win, the personnel of the Pop-up Store shall put each winner in contact with a member of staff of Boucheron’s boutique at 26, Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, to schedule a meeting to try on and take possession of the Prize.

Any winner who shall not have declared their win come 31 March 2024 shall forfeit their Prize, which shall be kept by the Organizer.

9. Personal data

In accordance with the provisions of France’s data protection law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, participants have a right to access, rectify, limit or challenge the processing or request the erasure of their personal data, which they may exercise at any point in time by writing to: Boucheron, Loterie “Quatre is 20”, 20 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

10. Filing and viewing of the Rules

Verbal or telephonic requests for information concerning the interpretation or the application of these Rules shall not be answered. Any request for information or any complaint, whatever the grounds, must be sent to the Organizer in writing within three (3) months following the closing date of the Raffle, to the following address: Boucheron, Loterie “Quatre is 20”, 20 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

These Rules have been filed with Maître Carolle YANA of SELARL ACTAY, a firm of court bailiffs, based at 5, cité de Phalsbourg, 75011 Paris, France, and are also available for viewing.

11. Liability

The Organizer shall be entitled to curtail, to extend, to modify or to cancel the Raffle in case of fraud, force majeure, any event beyond its control or in case of duly proven necessity. It hereby disclaims any liability for doing so.

Changes or additions to these Rules may be published from time to time throughout the duration of the Raffle. They shall be treated as riders to these Rules.

13. Complaints

Participation in the Raffle implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules.

No challenge or claim regarding the awarding of the Prizes shall be countenanced, nor may the Prizes be exchanged or give rise to the payment of their counter-value in cash at the request of a winner. No compensation shall be provided should the winner not wish to take possession of the prize.

14. Settlement of disputes

The Raffle and the interpretation of these Rules shall be governed by French law.

The parties shall endeavor to settle any dispute which might arise in the course of the performance of these Rules amicably. Should they be unable to resolve their dispute, then subject to the applicable legal provisions, the courts of Paris, France shall alone have jurisdiction.
